Refunds?
Lite is free. Kitchen is $19 via Polar. For a Kitchen refund or a broken download, email [email protected]. We never ask for CSV contents.
Will you take my files?
No. We never ask you to send a CSV. If something breaks, describe the shape of the file (column names, row count), not the contents.
